We want you to be completely satisfied with your RayNeo AR Smart Glasses experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the glasses and all original accessories, including cables and cases, back into the original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
